Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, advise the Look Floors sales person that you would like to redeem your Clockit voucher. The sales person will ask you to show them the voucher on your mobile phone.

The voucher can be found by clicking on the menu button and navigating to rewards.

The Look Floors sales person will click on the 'Redeem now' button, which will then change to 'I am sure' once this is clicked the redemption will be complete, and the voucher will now show as redeemed. You will then have to wait until the following Monday before you are able to redeem the voucher again.

*Please note that if you do not have access to the Rewards function, it will be because you are on a basic account.
