If you have lost your password, the easiest way to get back into Clockit is by going to the login screen (NZ/Aus) and clicking on the 'I've lost my password' link near the bottom:

Once clicked it will take you to the following screen where you will need to enter the registered email address:

The system will send you a email with a password reset link, please note that the email will more then likely end up in your spam folder - so make sure you check there.

For staff of a retail store 

Anyone with admin access to your Clockit account can also go in and change your password for you, this includes Installers on a private account attached to your store.
