We understand that a job can go through many changes before it is completed, including reschedules, changes to its status via custom colours and cancellations.
This is why we have a job history log at the bottom of each job page, which is visible to all staff and the installer assigned to the job.
We have added custom colours & when a job is duplicated (and the relevant staff member) and also a clickable link to all duplicated jobs.
The Job history will also record all staff members and the changes they have made to the specific job as seen here:
