There are lots of options for keeping your customer in the loop, but what do the notifications say?

One of the many benefits of Clockit are the customer notifications, notifications can be sent out via the measure calendar or when booking in a job. Take a look below to see what the customer will receive when choosing email or text notifications.

Email Notifications

Email notifications are sent immediately when the job booking has been confirmed, they include the custom branding of the retail account, the job details & the relevant salespersons.

Text Notifications

We now have multiple options for text notifications, the standard job confirmation notification which is sent immediately and includes the store name, the install date and product (Carpet, Vinyl, Hard Flooring or Window Furnishings).

The scheduled text is sent the day before the install date and works as a reminder to the customer:
