An easy way to remind your customers.

As jobs are usually booked so far in advance, sending a reminder to your customer that the install is taking place is a no brainer, however sometimes the manual process of doing this can slip through the cracks. So automating this via Clockit was a a very requested feature.

As part of the 'text message add on' ($30 per month) you can now schedule a text message to remind the customer at 8am the day before installation begins. Like the other notifications it will include the relevant ‘product’ (Carpet, Vinyl, Hard Flooring or Window Furnishings) and your ‘Store Name’.

The text message reads;

Your ‘product’ is being installed tomorrow, please refer to the t’s & c’s to see if there is anything you need to do before-hand – ‘store name’

That to get this feature you need to have a text bundle ($30 per month) included in your subscription. Those already paying for a text bundle for the additional Measure Calendar notifications will have the feature applied to their account automatically.
