Over the years we have had many requests for the customisation of the email & text message notifications that automatically get sent out from Clockit to your customers.

The option is now available, to change from the default notifications you will need to message Clockit Support with the following information:

To change the default txt message copy, please review the default ones below and using the listed short codes compile what you would like it say. Please note we are limited to 160 characters including spaces, you can check using the following online tool https://www.charactercountonline.com/
