Customers like being kept in the loop, and what better way than having emails go out automatically before and after install.

With standard notifications via Clockit the customer will get an email/txt confirmation when the job is booked and a txt message reminder the day before the Install happens or the morning of the measure.

You can now schedule emails to be sent to customers automatically choosing when they are sent and customising what the emails say. If you would like to add some additional email notifications to your account please review the examples below and the the listed short codes available.

A reminder email can be sent 2 days before install

We are all set to install your [product] [job_date_string].

If you need to move furniture, now is a good time to start.
