Deleting or Reinstating a Staff Member

If you need to remove or reinstate a staff members access to Clockit, follow the instructions here.

To remove a staff members access to Clockit go to settings/staff and click edit next to the name of the staff member you would like to delete.

*Please note if you can not access this page it is because you do not have the correct permissions set on your account.

Down the bottom of the staff members profile page simply click on the red "delete user" button, please note you will need also to click the following "I am sure, delete this user" button as well to complete the action.

The deleted staff member will no longer be able to log into your Clockit account.

Reinstating a previously deleted member

If you need to reinstate a deleted staff members account you can do this also in settings/staff. Any previously deleted staff members will be listed under the "Deleted Staff Members" heading near the bottom of the page.

Click on "edit" next to the staff members name, then on the staff members profile page click on the green "Reinstate User" button and the following "I am sure, reinstate this user" button to complete the action. The previously deleted staff member will now be listed under you current staff members list.
